I grew up in a small town on the Maine coast where I became interested in cooking at the age of 5. By the time I graduated high school I had worked 4 years at several restaurants as a line cook and baker. I attended Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI where I graduated cm laude with an A.A.S in Baking and Pastry Arts. Cakes and pastries are a passion and I love creating one of a kind delectable works of art.

I have plenty of homemade spaghetti and meatballs with my homemade sauce available, beans, Cole slaw, a few chicken tortilla soups remaining as well!!! Open until 5pm. (All the meals can be frozen for future convenient meals as well!!!)
