This weekend was Jumpernite, and it was outdoors! Sachi got to do a real class instead of just a couple of schooling round. Still a little looky at the jumps but willing and tries so hard.

I'm a bit late in updating, I'll start with last weekends Aspen Farms Derby. Patti and Mondo had did their first BN round together and of course it was lovely. See the video below. Hux and Mel did a BN and N round, both rounds were smooth and fluid. Sachi did her first N round after doing two BN rounds and she was a gem.

Yesterday Patti and Mondo did their first show together. It was a low key schooling show, and a great way to start off their season. Mondo was the champion pony we knew he would be and because of that Patti could work on getting her show nerves under control. Here is the video of their 2ft Hunter round.

Had a great time at the first Jumpernite of the season! Thank you Tami Masters and Jennifer Hansen for always putting together such a fun show! Hux and Sachi were both fantastic. Hux won both his classes (1.10m and the 1.15m-1.20m) and Sachi jumped around her schooling rounds and gained a lot confidence. Mel also took Hux around a schooling round to get back into the swing of showing again and Hux was more than happy to help show her the ropes. Video of Hux's 1.15-1.20 speed class.
