Threw a couple corned beefs on the smoker today, homemade rub with cracked black pepper, everything bagel seasoning, garlic and onion powder, a little turmeric, and some pecan coffee from H-E-B. They are almost at temp to pull them as I write this!

So, we’ve got some beef, some chicken, and some pork, as well as something new 🤤 chicken thighs, pork sausage wantons made with prosciutto, some kielbasa, and a couple steaks 😮‍💨 throw in trying my hand at smoking some mozzarella, we’ll see how that goes on the steaks 🤤🙌
