💨 WHEN THE WIND TAKES HALF YOUR ROOF… YOU CALL NEAR ME ROOFING! 💪🏽🏨

A massive windstorm recently rolled through Texarkana and caused some SERIOUS damage to a local hotel, literally ripping half of the roof off the building! 😳

This wasn't your typical roofing job. It required rebuilding the damaged roof framing, installing new decking, and putting an entirely new roofing system back in place.

And I'm proud to say… JOB COMPLETE! ✅

Even better? The property owner is EXTREMELY happy with the quality of our work!

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to my guy Josh at Near Me Roofing for stepping up and getting this project taken care of for the owner! 💪 Joshua did an outstanding job making sure this customer was taken care of and that the finished product was something we could all be proud of. NOT ALL ROOFING ESTIMATES ARE CREATED EQUAL!

We recently had a homeowner give us the opportunity to match another roofing company's estimate for their roof replacement, and we were happy to take a look at it!

BUT… something else in that estimate caught our attention.

The competitor was offering:
❌ 1-Year Workmanship Warranty
❌ 10-Year Manufacturer Warranty

Now, let's put that into perspective.

At Near Me Roofing, even our lowest-tier package includes a 10-year workmanship warranty and a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty, with the option to upgrade to a 25-year non-prorated manufacturer warranty.

Here's what stood out to me…

Spent a couple of days this week with my friend (and boss), Chad Bates, at the Limitless Roofing Group Summit at Circle R Ranch in Flower Mound, Texas!

One thing I love about what we're building at Near Me Roofing & Contracting is that we're never satisfied with just being good enough.

We're constantly looking for ways to improve, challenge ourselves, and learn from others who are doing great things in our industry.

And it's not just about selling more roofs or growing a bigger company. It's about finding better ways to serve our customers, invest in our employees, develop our leaders, and create opportunities for the people who put their trust in us.
