Pickle Pizza Bombs – Cheesy, Golden, and Bursting with Dill Pickle Flavor!

Ingredients:
1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8 large biscuits)
¾ cup chopped dill pickles
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon pickle juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried)
2 tablespoons melted butter (for brushing)
Optional: ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

For dipping:
Ranch dressing
Garlic butter or honey mustard

surprisingly crispy and delicious. Very sour. Actually tastes like a good ratio of beer and dill pickle. Very happy! Didn’t try spicy as the first was very sour!
