Candy making has has been a fun pastime in our family for generations. My Mom mastered the Hershey's fudge recipe and made it for us at least once a week during our youth. Us 7 siblings would stand in line with our piece of bread and she would spread hot fudge on it. Cookie, our oldest sister, created the best cherry nut divinity among other treats.
