Menu Expansion……

All of these delicious and gorgeous drop cookies (and their photos lol) are thanks to the recipe development and creative mind of Nicole Crispi | Digital Products For Bakers but I have recently been testing out ALL of the recipes and quite a few others because I am trying to decide if I want to expand my menu into GOURMET DROP COOKIES.

A pivot? Absolutely not - I’m still your sugar cookie girl, but I also want to grow my business base and of course - the bottom line. So, what are the best ways to do that? I don’t have a digital product footprint but I can bake like a mad crazy person - so, I am at a crossroads trying to decide where to focus my time and energy while I focus on the growth that I want and that my family needs.

What are your thoughts? Would you expand your menu?

I bake I do not cook - other than some crock pot mom meal, hubby is the chef here…besides, I also might have torn up a couple of his expensive very sharp knives well and now I can’t use them and I’ve gotten stitches so….just let me bake ok 😂😂
