Magic Monday.
They say a picture is worth 1000 words...so is 2 worth 2000?
Same heifer, same day, 2 different angles, 2 different perspectives...both "right".
One shows this heifer as super extended fronted and super long bodied. One shows her as super stout and super deep sided for a yearling...and both are accurate.
This Best in Class daughter sells in the Females of the Fall Sale on October 24th. The land is our greatest asset. We believe in our cover crop program and utilize best management practices whenever possible. Their rye will go on our crop ground and also double a pasture for momma cows during the winter. We want to protect the organic matter of our soil and do our part to keep the bay clean. We are great ful for the incentive Ag BMP programs and encourage folks to utilize them.
Love it when customers send us pictures of our beef. π
Pork. It's for breakfast
We wanted to take the time to thank the community for their support. We planted a few acres of sweet corn π½ not knowing if folks would even buy it. The community showed us their patronage, patience, and character. We are blessed to be here. We sold our corn using an honor stand, and for the most part the community was incredibly honest and generous. Integrity is what you do when no one is looking. Our community is outstanding. Thank you.
We are also learning and would like to thank the community for its patience. We will be making a few adjustments to how we plant BOTH the sweet corn and the Sunflowers. We will also plant an all white variety of sweet corn along with what we planted this year and some different colored Sunflowers.
If you have any suggestions to help us make the experience better, your feedback is very much appreciated. Please PM us or email Mike at [email protected].
Again thank you to the beautiful community for your patronage.
Mike
