Doctors are already seeing cases of the strain of H1N1 that Fauci has been warning of as a second potential pandemic. Yet you don’t hear any news media covering it the same as COVID.

Instead of living in fear, let’s live in preparation and faith. Take care of your immune system, and it will support you when needed.

If you have family members with comorbidities, take extra precautions with a self-chosen lockdown or even quarantine as possible.

Trust in your health, body wisdom, faith in God, and your healthy choices in lifestyle.

Drop the sugary desserts and empty nutrition processed foods. Eat a whole food diet with lots of fresh vegetables and fruits. Drink lots of trace mineral infused clean water.

Sprinkle your plate with fresh green herbs, like cilantro, parsley, thyme, rosemary, basil, sage, chives—and fresh garlic. Moderate amount of healthy fats like olive oil, coconut oil, grassfed butter, and rendered meat fats. Clean proteins from deep water fish, poultry, and meats.

Limit dairy. Limit grains (or remove). Remove all sugar and artificial sweeteners, as well as factory produced foods.

Supplement with therapeutic dosage of vitamins, minerals and herbs that will boost your immune system—work with a trusted practitioner!
