We are getting around 3 doz a day

Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Pasture-raised chickens, who have access to a more varied diet of grass, bugs, and worms, produce eggs with significantly higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids compared to eggs from chickens fed solely on commercial feed.

Vitamins: Eggs from pasture-raised chickens tend to have higher levels of vitamins A, E, and D, as well as beta-carotene.

Antioxidants: Farm-fresh eggs may contain more lutein and zeaxanthin, which are beneficial for eye health.

Saturated Fat and Cholesterol:
Some studies suggest that farm-fresh eggs may have less saturated fat and cholesterol compared to store-bought eggs.

Animal Welfare:
Choosing farm-fresh eggs can support small-scale, sustainable farming practices and contribute to better animal welfare.

Flavor and Freshness:
Many people find that farm-fresh eggs have a richer and more flavorful taste due to their freshness and the hens' diet.

While we love all the support we have been getting, and please keep it up. Try to remember we are a small farm. We produce around 3 dozen eggs a day. If you can try to anticipate your need by a day or two as they are flying.

Today's are gone and some of tomorrow already. I've taken orders for 8, 6 and 5 dozen last couple weeks. We will keep taking orders and filling them as fast as our girls can.

Again we love the support please keep it up as we will increase our flock size this summer for next year's eggs.

Remember turkeys come in next week so get on the list. We still have SOME honey and the garden season will be here soon.
