As many of you may not know, Monica and I have a special heart for Asheville and Bryson City, as we have many ties to the area, and got engaged and married in areas that are now devastated. We (Rierson Farms NC) are piggy backing with Goose and the Monkey Brew House and the Moore family who also have many ties to the area to rally supplies together for the area. We will have more information and a flyer shortly for our farm drop offs, but please share and spread the word.
In short, we will be collecting donations through 6pm on 10/8 at the farm. Anything, even a bottle of water will help at this point. We will be taking these donations to the Goose on the 9th and they will go with the ones collected at the taproom to the greater Asheville area on the 9th.
Again, please share, please pray, and if you can, send supplies. We pray we can have a small impact as a Thomasville Community on these areas that have truly been devastated.
