We have been smoking BBQ for years and have been told countless times that we need to open our own BBQ business, so here we go… The food we will be offering is NC Chopped BBQ, Baby Back Ribs, Beef Brisket, and delicious sides. We will also be happy to sell our meats by the pound as well as provide food for your cookouts or parties. Please inquire for pricing. We do ask for 48hrs notice for prepared meals. Supplying food for a party may take a little longer

Ok EVERYTHING FREDERICK❤️💙👇folks we will be set up this Saturday 8.12 on 15 south bound side from Thurmont (across from the tractor supply). We will take any pre-orders for Saturday pick up or you can come check us out. We will not have the full menu for this event. We will have Chopped Carolina Pork BBQ, Brisket Street Tacos or Brisket Sandwiches, for meats. Sides will be Mac-N-Cheese, Spicy BBQ Baked Beans and slaw! We will start serving around 11:30 a.m. and we will be there until we sell out so come let us make your belly happy!! For any preorders please place them by 6 PM tomorrow evening (deposit required).
