From all of us at the food truck, we want to take a moment to thank our amazing community for the constant love and support you show us. Serving you has been such a joy, and we’re truly grateful to be part of your days, your gatherings, and your celebrations.

Today we are closed as we take time to celebrate the holiday with our own friends and family, but we’ll be back tomorrow for Tigard Farmers Market with the same passion and flavors you know and love.

Corn tortilla chips topped with Korean braised beef using a 100-yr-old family recipe. Sweet and tangy sauce, nacho cheese, garlic aïoli, gochujang aïoli, sesame seeds, fried onions, and panko flakes. Meat and sauce lovers with a crunch finish. Can add kimchi for additional 1.50. Can be made vegetarian by omitting the beef.
