Can you say crazy busy farm day? Yesterday consisted of preshow haircuts , then babies were born, then more haircuts. It was a jammed up day. Started at 8 am and ended at 7pm…. Zzzzz…. But everyone looks great and I’m so glad Lacy (friend and farm helper) was around to help. Couldn’t have done it without her!

It’s never easy to say good bye to our furry friends. Yesterday we had to put our dog 12 year-old Aussie,Salem to sleep due to quickly progressing GI cancer. He was always so good with our daughter and they were the best of friends. He was a sweet easy going guy who never met a stranger, and loved to paddle board with my hubby. He will be missed . RIP Salem ❤️

Ok the very last addition to the buck herd this year is this handsome fellow that just arrived from Wolfivan! Introducing Wolfivan Tahitian Toa Ora Nui ! Thank you to Renee Wolf for raiding her keeper pen for us (Co-owned with Livin My Dream). His dam is the gorgeous GCH Castle Rock Tahitian Treasure VEEE91 (CM N/N) who is a stunning Watermark granddaughter. Treasure is the daughter of CH Castle Rock Tahitian Sunset VEVE90 and 2019 National
Champion and National Best Udder.

His sire is Better Wayz Reggie +*B (Elite) whose dam is Better Ways Baby Tugs 3*M EEVE91 with 40 RUH. Tug’s dam is the gorgeous SG Better Ways Carabear 2*M VEEE91.

We couldn’t be happier to have this buck here and it should be an exciting fall breeding season! Fancier pictures coming soon but for now some candid pics at his arrival to Georgia. Thanks to Brian Barlow for delivering him safe and sound.

For those that don’t know there is a BURN BAN in Georgia as we are in a severe drought! Please don’t burn anything including starting a camp fire. Wildfires are devastating and super scary especially here in the mountains where we all live in the middle of the forest. Please spread the word and SHARE ⬇️

Rustic Wood’s FIF Nightshade is always hard to get on camera as she is always on top of me lol She is the beautiful daughter of Rockin-CB AAT Shameless x CH Mint *Leaf High Voltage . To say I am beyond excited to have a Voltage daughter here is an understatement! She’s growing so well and it will be fun to take her to her first upcoming show in May.

Voltage as you know is 2024 ADGA National Premier Sire and also Sire of the 2024 ADGA National Junior Champion and Reserve Junior Champion.

Flint Hill Farm LSR Gemma’s first freshening yearling udder is coming in so cute!  We are 7 days from day 145 and I couldn’t be more excited for this Lucky*Star’s LL Rook daughter to freshen. She is bred to *B Rustic Wood’s RR Insurrection.

I don’t normally freshen yearlings, but she was such a nice growthy kid like her sister Ember (RIP) that I knew it was time.

Rustic Wood’s FIF Brimstone is growing beautifully and can’t wait to use him for the fall breeding season. He looks so much like his dam GCH Rustic Wood’s Pure Temptation.
