We finished tapping about noon yesterday. Spent the rest of the day putting out vacuum sensors, fixing leaks and all the other things to get ready to boil. Finally got to the woods this afternoon to fix the bigger leaks. We should get a little time to fix more tomorrow. We want 27 inches at the end of every mainline.

We got our first 2100 gallons in the tank. Its a good feeling after the hard work this weekend. Now time to start proces...
