Phat Daddy’s Crawfish

Phat Daddy’s Crawfish Award winning crawfish competition cooking team that offers catering, bar setup and simple backyard boils.

We serve soaked crawfish (no dusting here) with all the fixings, but we’re best known for our unique twist of tamales as a side!

💗🦞 HAPPY NATIONAL DAUGHTERS DAY! 🦞💗

Today we want to recognize the little girls behind the PHAT DADDY’S Crawfish crew!

These girls may not always be the ones standing over the boiling pots, but they are ALWAYS right there beside us helping wherever they can, hanging out through those LONG, HOT Texas days, and somehow never complaining when crawfish becomes basically every weekend’s dinner. 😂🦞🔥

They’ve learned that “family business” sometimes means sweating in the heat, getting your hands dirty, carrying things, passing out food, and doing whatever needs to be done. And they do it with smiles on their faces. 🥰

To our little crawfish girls: THANK YOU for being patient, helpful, and always willing to jump in. You may be little now, but you are a BIG part of the PHAT DADDY’S family and everything we’re building. ❤️

We hope one day you look back and realize how many memories you made right alongside us one crawfish boil, competition, hot day, and crazy weekend at a time. 🦞💙

Happy National Daughters Day to all the daughters of the PHAT DADDY’S Crawfish family! We love and appreciate y’all more than you know! 🥰
