šŸŒ± A little Thursday night peek behind the scenes at Bā€™Leafā€¦

Tomorrow is harvest day, and tonight the grow room is doing what it does bestā€¦ growing. šŸŒ±
One thing Iā€™m learning as I go is that even though my microgreens are grown indoors in a controlled environment, they don't always grow on my schedule. šŸ˜‚

Temperature, moisture, airflow, light and other little changes in their growing environment can all affect how quickly a tray develops.
And this week, a few of my greens have decided to take the scenic route. šŸ˜‰

So tonight I'm checking trays, watching growth, and letting the ones that need a little more time have it. Iā€™d rather bring you a little less of something thatā€™s ready than harvest it before itā€™s at its best.

P.S. šŸŒ½ If you spotted corn on Monday's lineupā€”it accidentally snuck in a week early! Corn will be coming next Saturday.
