After 4 wonderful years, we want to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who supported Saucy Wrap Shack along the way!
From our first days at VFW #1650, for being our tasters, to every venue, event, and backyard stop — you’ve filled our days with laughter, smiles, and amazing memories. To our loyal customers who kept coming back, and all the fellow food truck friends who shared advice, encouragement, and camaraderie — we couldn’t have done it without you.

The Saucy Wrap Shack has officially closed its serving window for the last time. We’ll soon be selling the truck, trailer, and equipment as we close this chapter for good.
