Now on Tap! Endless Stories Polish Pilsner

When friends get together over b**r the stories start flowing and they are endless! This collaboration between Bill Eye (Bierstadt L***rhaus), Bill Hasse (The Sandlot Brewery Ret), and John Dean (Blind Tiger Brewery), was conjured up while drinking l***r and talking s**t. We settled on Polish Pilsner as none of us had ever brewed one, and that is rare! With no guidelines to hem us in other than using Polish Lubelski hops and a little stronger at 5.5% abv, we forged ahead.

This pilsner exhibits clean, soft doughy malt flavor with classic Polish noble-type hop aroma. Delicate spice and herbal notes with hints of bergamot tea. The resulting brew is a wonderful example of European brewing techniques incorporating high-quality imported malt, hops, and yeast. Na zdrowie!
