First I wanted to give a huge thankful shoutout to everyone who’s donated last few weeks! With your support I’m now 20% towards my expansion fundraiser! 🥳 For secret menu 🤫 this week I’m working on another round of donuts and I’m trying some more weird stuff. For flavors I’m thinking kiwi, grapefruit, pineapple, and orange again. I got positive reviews on the pineapple but the orange I’m updating a little bit. I also invested in some more equipment too. I’m a little behind this week with some more family stuff so if I need to cut a flavor or too I’ll let you know.

Hey everyone, for all of our customers in I have some bad news that we will not be at the Topeka farmers market for the rest of the season. Jordan and I are okay and this mainly due to a staffing issue. So at the start of the season I had someone lined up to be at the Topeka market all season. That person didn’t work out for numerous reasons and Jordan took over as a huge favor for me during her summer vacation. I’ve been trying all year to find someone but i was never able to get there and with Jordan starting school again and with all of her side projects we just don’t have the resources for both markets right now. I’m hoping to find someone before the start of next season. Though we won’t physically be there, I still live in town and I do deliveries every week. For secret menu 🤫 this week I’m working on another iteration of my lemon raspberry cheesecake from a few weeks ago. This week I’m giving myself a bit more time to let the cake set a little longer and add the lemon mousse topping. Hey everyone! Pre-orders are open for this weeks . We won’t be in Topeka this week. Unfortunately things didn’t pan out with the person who I was looking to take over for Jordan so that we could be there every week. So we’ll likely continue vending at the market every other week until the end of the season. But whether you’re in Topeka in Manhattan, I take pre-orders every week and do deliveries right after the market is over. For secret menu 🤫 this week, I’m 100% making donuts, I just finished making the dough and I’ll definitely have some this week. I’m thinking about doing an orange and a pineapple flavor, but I’ll do some more testing tomorrow and see how they go.
