We highly recommend experiencing the unique qualities of quail eggs if you have not yet had the opportunity. A complimentary pair of egg scissors will be provided with any purchase exceeding six dozen.

Additionally, we offer Brown Coturnix hatching eggs at a price of $6.00 per dozen.

Processed 25 roosters this weekend. Decided to make a few Smoked Quail Jalapeño poppers. Wow!! They are amazing. I like the one's without bacon the best.
