A huge thank you to Chattooga County Young Farmers and Mrs. Donna for having me in the Demo Kitchen at the fair today!

We always love getting the opportunity to share about our little farm, our homemade soaps, and our nontoxic laundry detergent.

Well… that was a little too close for comfort!

During the storm Tuesday, I walked out of the house just in time to see a bolt of lightning followed by a HUGE boom. I remember thinking, “Oh wow… that definitely hit something.”

Later that night, when I headed out to the barn, I found exactly what it hit…
