The first review back from our break is Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q in Dothan! 🫣 As you know, 2 people review with our little broke bestie 😂

1st person- Loaded baked potato with Chicken
2nd person- Mr. Jim's Combo Platter w/3 meats(ribs, pulled bbq w/Carolina mustard sauce, and pulled chicken w/white sauce)
Broke bestie- Fren fies 😂
We wanted to try everything and rate it all! We also had their biscuits.

Rating time
1st person-
Potato- 8/10
Biscuits- 12/10(😳 she loves their biscuits)

2nd person-
Ribs- 7/10 but better with their original sauce.
Pulled pork w/Carolina sauce- 6/10
Pulled Chicken with white sauce- 10/10 would recommend. The white sauce didn't really go good with anything else but it was amazing with the chicken.
Bicuits- 6/10

Broke bestie-
Fren fies- 8/10 bery good fren fies. I eats all dem.

Overall 8/10 good place, we're coming back!

After a really really long break we are back! We added a new member to the family and we just decided to soak in the memories. We are back and will be getting reviews out soon!

Lunch at Firehouse Subs Troy today was 🤤🤤🤤 I've never had it before, but it turned out to be the absolute best! Both people got the Italian sub.

Rating-

Person 2: 9.8/10 (says it would been a 10 if olives were added) 🙄😂

Last night we took a little stroll outside of the Pike area and went down to Golden Corral in Dothan. 🤌🤤

Needless to say, we will be back soon.

Tonight we took a trip to Baumhowers. Unfortunately it turned out to be disappointing 🫤 We've been multiple times and other times were better, but this time was not good. There was a long wait as expected so not a good place to go if you want to be in and out. Also almost everyones order had an issue but was resolved by management. It just took forever. Person 1 had a Dr. Pepper, Char-grilled black+white chicken wrap, and gooey fries. Person 2 had a Mtn Dew, Chicken club wrap(made it buffalo), and gooey fries.

Ratings-
Person 1:
•Dr. Pepper- 3/10 Tasted kind of flat and tastes like it was low on syrup. Was able to swap for Mtn Dew.
•Char-grilled wrap- 8/10
•Gooey fries- 4/10 not a huge fan of the fries and they just seem mid tier.
Total- 5/10

Person 2:
Mtn Dew- 6/10 not the best but was alright.
Chicken club wrap- 2/10 no filling in the wrap and was super dry.
Gooey fries- 0/10 Dry(extremely light cheese) and hard
Total- 2.7/10

Total for whole meal- 3.9/10

Our first restaurant to be posted on here is Krystals. Of course, we had to get the 12 pack steamer box with cheese and the spicy wings 🔥

The wings are probably the best fast food wings I've had. Good spice, no sauce(and they don't need it) were bussin when dipped in ranch. Probably would stay away if you have bad heartburn.
