Chef Michelle has almost 20 years of cooking in restaurants and private homes in NYC and LA. Mary, pro snowboarder turned professional cook, operates a small farm and runs the food truck with her sister. Their creative energies blend to create wonderful menus inspired by the prolific agriculture that surrounds them.
