Kitchen Collab is Truckee's first commissary kitchen and private event space. Our 2,000 sq.ft. of event space.

kitchen features commercial-grade equipment and tools, two drive bay doors for food trucks/trailers, dry/cold/freezer storage, and 1,000 sq.ft. A shared commercial kitchen space for the Truckee/North Tahoe Region. Offering culinary professionals and companies a home base to create, produce, and learn.

New Member, new food truck! Truckee is lucky to have the Sallah sisters, who’ve combined their professional culinary experience and brought us !

Chef Michelle has almost 20 years of cooking in restaurants and private homes in NYC and LA. Mary, pro snowboarder turned professional cook, operates a small farm and runs the food truck with her sister. Their creative energies blend to create wonderful menus inspired by the prolific agriculture that surrounds them.

Noisettes Mobile Kitchen is available for small or large gatherings, and hosts pop up events in non-traditional event spaces. Check out their upcoming Local’s Summer Picnic Dinner Aug 28th! Follow for details!
