Meet your starter!! This is Juni, named after the juniper berries that made her. I’ve had her for 3 years in December. Cassandra Bock made this starter the first time and dried it out. She gave me some pieces and BOOM, a new passion was formed. I have baked Juni in her jar on accident and she’s come right back strong as ever. Sometimes I’d forget her for a few days and again, coming back full force. She’s survived in the fridge many a trip and every time she’s ready to go when I am. Best starter in the world!!
