• Powdered sugar for dusting

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8 inch pan. 2. In a bowl, mix together flour and powdered sugar. Cut in the softened butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. 3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until lightly golden. 4.
