Finishing up some orders tonight and had some extra meat. So I’m going to make a rare batch of our seasonal blend of Reaper. Who likes HOT jerky? The type of jerky that you better have something cold to drink close by. The kind of jerky you should have to sign a waiver for legal reasons to even buy it. Who wants some?
