We raise a tiny flock of chickens and teeny plot of vegetables, but in future years we hope to expand a bit.

Blind Lovins Farm will be called The Blind Chick farm. I’ll try to get a page set up for it… Hopefully Facebook has made “Pages” a more accessible feature for us blind folks.

Facebook/ meta cares not a bit as of today to make accessible options for blind and visually impaired users, for the app in general but specifically for managing a page like this and so you may follow Denise Long from Nunya, Peru if you areinterested in BLF updates

TOMATO SEEDLINGS🍅🌱 I’m in Tulsa, looking to trade in person because I’ve had horrible experiences lately receiving things seriously damaged from USPS. Anyway… Here’s what I’m currently offering: One “large barred boar” tomato
One heirloom tomato, cultivar unknown as my label has disappeared; may be Brandywine, Cherokee purple, boxcar/red
Desired traits: a few healthy confetti lantana seedlings per each, or unusual color daylilies (no orange, please) and irises (no purple, yellow, white, apricot)
Fine with trading for $5 cash for the heirloom seedling, $8 cash for lg barred boar
I don’t know why the heck it won’t allow me to add a photo to this post, but I will put it in the comments if it will allow me to do that,

Currently we are just a quite small hobby farm. Owners are a blind woman (yes, completely and actually blind) and a disabled US military veteran. We raise a tiny flock of chickens and teeny plot of vegetables, but in future years we hope to expand a bit.

It’s so awesome when you and your rooster like the same shows! We never fight over the remote.

Hey, , how about you enable all for users?!?! For instance, I am not able to move my cursor to edit text here. I must delete all the way from the end to the point I want to edit. If that was the only issue, that would be fantastic… My husband has had to complete most of the page set up that is at this point done, and there’s more you’re telling me I need to do but not giving me any way to do it. So here are some hashtags that will hopefully draw the attention of the Facebook

This is a begonia I started from a cutting a few months back. I am excited that it has finally made it to its intended destination, a daughter of husbands coworker who has shown an interest in growing plants. this is the first plant I’ve ever produced from cutting. That makes it double exciting for me. I’m always happy to encourage and do anything I can to foster that love of growing things, plus I’m sharing something I helped to create… OK, OK, it’s just a so the only help I provided was by leaving it alone🤭
