We love a local collab moment 🤝 So when we heard Little Belly & Maestro were coming together for KATSU CLUB, we had to be there to try it ALL! 👀🍽️
Here’s what we tried from the special collab menu:
🍔 Katsu Sando: Beer-brined pork katsu, avocado crema, pickled red onion, cabbage slaw, cilantro-lime vinaigrette + brioche
🐟 Crudo: Yellowtail, grapefruit aguachile, red onion, pickled serrano, avocado + ponzu-marinated salmon roe
🥞 Okonomiyaki de Queso: Cabbage and potato pancake, sweet corn, queso de mano, avocado crema, scallion + bonito flakes
