Need an easy meal idea? Try Sesame Chicken tonight!

4 chicken leg quarters
3 T Daddy Cook’s Toasted Sesame Mustard*
Garlic and onion seasoning
1 quart water
1/8 c brown sugar
1/4 c kosher salt

Mix the water, brown sugar, and salt together. Heat until the salt and sugar dissolve. Then let it cool to 40*. You can just leave it out on the counter then refrigerate or add ice to bring the temperature down. Put the chicken in the brine and let sit in the refrigerator for 1 1/2 hours. Drain.
Place chicken in a 9 x 13 pan. Spread the mustard over the chicken pieces. Top with garlic and onion seasoning or your favorite seasoning. Place in preheated 350* oven for 45 minutes.
Serve over wild rice with a tossed salad.
*Can also use your favorite flavor of mustard. Taste tested with Toasted Sesame and Prickly Pear mustards.
