Meet the minds behind Solaire!
Back in 2021, Gabe and Jeremiah began playing music together and, quickly after, bonded over their love of food and hospitality. The idea of running a pop up concept seemed like a distant dream, although something to actively work towards in the future.
Fast forward to the end of 2023, after many late night research cooks, menu developments, and lots and lots of daydreaming, the opportunity came for them to run their own concept. Running fine dining pop ups on the weekends, Solaire launched on February 14th.
Gabe, originally from Maracaibo, moved to the US in 2017. Growing up in a cooking household, Gabe has pretty much always worked in kitchens and, from a young age, knew that running a restaurant was one of his ultimate goals. After spending years working in back of house, he is beyond excited to be at the forefront of something new in Tulsa, and to be able to showcase his unique cooking style and Venezuelan cuisine to our community.
Jeremiah, born and raised in Tulsa, has been working serving jobs since he was 18. Originally deciding to find a career a bit more financially stable, the idea of being able to serve food and wine he was truly excited about, seemed like a dream come true, and just like that, he came back to his roots. Specializing in wine knowledge and hospitality, he is thrilled to build and provide a new experience for the Tulsa community.
