Have you tried Garlic Scallions/Green Garlic yet?
They are young garlic plants, pulled early in spring. Sort of a “hack” for being able to enjoy garlic long before the bulbs develop. 🤓🍃
They have a mildly sweet garlicky flavor and you can eat the whole plant! Use them like you would use garlic, scallions or leeks!
