The fabric of our society has been replaced by manufactured and synthetic materials that have been contributing to loss of land/air/water quality. We have been convinced that fast and convenient is most important. But there is little satisfaction in one's soul when material things are easily come by and easily throw away. Doing things the simple way is not the easy way. And there is meaningfulness in craft, in labor, in skill. The people who hold these crafts and skills are holding an ancient wisdom. I, personally, do not care to lose out on that treasured knowledge. Support those who do things the simple way -- NOT the easy way.
