Hello everyone! I want to reach out to you all to give you an update and an apology. This past year has been a little rough on a personal level and it bled over into our business. It wasn't professional of me at all and for that I can only sincerely apologize. I haven't kept up to date on the page or our website, I have seriously underestimated needed inventory and fell into a hole where I felt like I was just constantly messing up.
I've felt a little lost. I've always loved making things. Big things, little things, but just MAKING. My daughter Cheyenne has inherited that from me and I'm not sure if that's good or bad, Lol. I've tried to find a way of incorporating other things I love to make into my business, but it has felt a little chaotic or maybe overwhelming?
I also started a (more than) full time job at the end of July and that has taken a lot of my brainpower (not that there was much there to begin with 😂)
So with that being said, I'm determined to find a balance. I want to offer you all the bath and body products you love and still find a way to incorporate the other things I love to make. But we are revaluating our setup and how to do that and not look like a hot mess.
Starting in January both Cheyenne and I will be building our inventory. We will be looking at the website and making updates, and because of some new tech I got for Christmas from my amazing daughter, I will be promptly notified of any activity on my page and my website.
I'm so excited to continue to grow with you all, and we can't thank you enough for sticking with us and supporting our small business.
Here's to a New Year and a new(ish) Starbird Hill.
