2026 is International Year of the Woman Farmer and in celebration of that, ODA is thrilled to shine a spotlight on Oregon women whose hard work powers our communities and beyond.

Meet Nikita Vincent, who owns and operates Twig & Bloom Flower Farm, a micro, sustainable, pesticide-free farm in Salem. Vincent is a micro-flower farmer, agricultural program coordinator, and farmer advocate focused on building equitable, community-rooted food systems in Oregon. Her work centers on food justice, land access, and rural economic development, supporting BIPOC and small-scale farmers.

Learn more about Vincent -- and/or nominate a woman farmer in your life to be featured by ODA throughout 2026 -- by visiting our web site: https://oda.direct/IYWF
