Hi, everyone! With so many new followers, I wanted to make a FAQ post to answer questions & give a basic guideline to our business!

•HotPlate is the easiest! This will also allow you to sign up for drop alerts, so you never miss a drop!

♦️Is the menu the same each week?
•We have a few items that are regulars on our menu, but we also have “specials” that are added & removed, per menu drop
♦️Where can I see the menu for this week?
•We update regularly! We pin our newest menu to our profile each week
♦️Can I order something from a previous menu drop?
•It depends on the item. Some items are only available as they’re listed. You an always message us to discuss an item you’re interested in!
♦️ Where can I follow you?
•You can follow us on Facebook, TikTok & Instagram! All of our pages are under the same name ❤️
♦️Do you only do pre-orders?
•Pre-orders are the easiest way to ensure we get your order out on time! However, we also sometimes do markets, where you can come shop in-person
♦️Can I place a pre-order to pick up at your next event?
• Yes! We do pre-orders for markets & events! Please visit our HotPlate page to schedule the pick-up for that specific market!
♦️How does the weekly ordering work?
•We release new menu drops each week, for pre-order, to be picked up the following weekend. This makes our process more consistent & helps us better determine what we need to have in stock. Each menu drop will have the date of pre-orders & the dates of pick-ups
♦️Where are you located?
• We’re in Vance, Alabama! Near Mercedes
