Our Cinnamon Honey Cream Cheese Spread and Cinnamon Honey Butter are both stocked and they are SO good! 🤎

The cinnamon honey butter is made with our homemade butter and sweetened with local raw honey from Honeysuckle & Hive,— a local honey bee farm in Tuttle!🐝🍯

Spread it on warm sourdough, toast, biscuits, cinnamon rolls… honestly, we won’t judge if you just grab a spoon. 😜

Have you ever seen bee CPR?! 😂🐝

This queen passed out while being marked, so the girls had to give her a little emergency resuscitation. 👑 At the end of the video, you’ll see her get back up and casually walk off the frame like nothing ever happened.

Beekeeping is WILD. 😂

🍯 FRESH HONEY RESTOCK! 🍯

The Silo is stocked back up with about the freshest honey you can possibly get!

The frames were pulled from the hives yesterday, extracted today, and bottled just minutes ago.

From hive to shelf in less than 24 hours! 🐝🍯

It seriously doesn’t get any fresher than that. Stop by the Silo and grab a bottle while it lasts!

Fresh honey pouring straight from the extractor and through a strainer to catch the larger pieces of wax.

That beautiful golden stream is the reward for a whole season of hard work—from both the bees and the beekeepers! 🐝

Ever wonder how we actually get the honey out of the comb? 🍯🐝

Meet the extractor! The frames are loaded inside and spun like a centrifuge, using centrifugal force to sling the honey right out of the comb.

Beekeeping is equal parts nature, science…and some pretty cool equipment.

🍯 HONEY HARVEST IS UNDERWAY! 🐝

From capped frames ➡️ uncapping ➡️ through the extractor ➡️ filtering out all that beautiful wax ➡️ liquid gold. 💛

And apparently quality control is a team effort. If you look closely, you’ll see a few of our girls helping themselves to the honey along the way. Can’t say I blame them - they did make it, after all!

There’s something so dang cool about seeing the entire process from the hive to the bucket. A whole season of work by millions of tiny wings, and we’re finally getting to see the payoff.

Next stop: BOTTLES! 🙌

🍯🐝 IT’S ALMOST HONEY HARVEST TIME!! 🐝🍯

The first round of frames has officially been PULLED!! 🙌 We still have more bee yards to visit and plenty more frames to pull, but the 2026 honey harvest is officially underway!

If all goes as planned, we should have this beautiful liquid gold extracted and IN BOTTLES WITHIN THE WEEK!! 🤤🍯

After a long, dry season and a whole lot of work from our bees (and their beekeepers 😂), seeing these honey-packed frames come in is pretty dang exciting.

Just a few pictures from a recent hive inspection. 🐝🍯

This year’s lack of rain has definitely made it tough for the girls to pack away much honey. While the honey crop may be lighter than we’d hoped, the hives are strong, healthy, and full of busy bees—and honestly, that’s what matters most.

Sometimes beekeeping reminds you that you can’t control the weather, only how well you care for the bees. Here’s hoping Mother Nature gives us a little more rain next year!!

A little peek inside the hive!

These photos show a few different parts of what a healthy colony looks like:

• Capped honey – The white wax cappings are honey that’s been ripened by the bees and sealed for storage.
• Capped brood – These tan cappings cover developing baby bees that are just days away from emerging as the next generation of workers.
• A top-down view of the hive – Thousands of bees, each with a job to do, working together to keep the colony thriving.

Every frame tells a different part of the hive’s story. It’s pretty incredible to see how organized and efficient these girls are. Nature really is amazing. 💛
