Be alert. It’s springtime and construction is getting busier and farm trucks are moving around. I drove up to the Sun Valley area this morning and had a rock hit my windshield and blow glass all over the inside of my truck and all over me. Luckily, I was wearing sunglasses when this happened.

Sewer repair. Customer had Very Large company come out and tell the owner the sewer was Orangeburg and needed a full replacement. We came out inspected the sewer and found 2 feet of Orangeburg and the rest was concrete/asbestos. There was a small root intrusion at a joint. We removed approximately 20 feet of pipe and will jet the line with a follow up inspection. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION.

Customer had a leak in basement, that lead to a clogged kitchen sink. Then further diagnostics determined the sewer was clogged. More diagnostics led to finding improper fittings and broken fittings. Dig trench. Install new PVC pipe and fittings to replace 1 of 3 sewer lines on this property.
