This is why I wanted to start a food business in the first place & is still such a thrill to be a part of every time it happens. Playing together with food, sharing recipes & expertise from local chefs who took time to be our chef judges builds an instant rapport and brings a sense of “I can cook” to each participant. It also creates joy & that is the addiction that drives me to keep going & keep looking for the funding to do this part everyday.
