It's another hatch day! And another round of setting new eggs and moving the next hatch into lockdown.
It's so amazing to me how in 21 days these turn from an omelet ingredient into fluffy baby chicks. I have absolutely loved learning the process this year and am looking forward to hosting incubation how-to classes early next spring.
The chicks that hatched today are a long awaited breed, the Salmon Favorelles! What eggs would you be putting in the incubator?
