We are so excited to announce that Southern Belle & Son will be joining the Roan Mountain Rhododendron Festival this weekend!

And for all of our Hungarian Sausage King friends... guess what's making a special appearance? 👀

🥔 Our famous Fried Taters are coming back!

These crispy, golden potatoes were one of the most requested and best-loved items from our Hungarian Sausage King days, and this may be your chance to enjoy them again... maybe even one last time! ❤️

Snuck away for a little date day with my hubby this weekend. ❤️

We enjoyed the Alien Festival in Spruce Pine North Carolina, and topped it all off with a sweet treat from Sam’s Snowball in Erwin, Tennessee for one of the best banana splits we’ve ever had! 🩷

We’re soaking up a few more moments together before Southern Belle & Son hits the road hard starting the last weekend in June! 🚚🍋

Big things are coming, and we can’t wait to share them with y’all. Until then, we’re enjoying the calm before the busy season begins. 💛

The trailer reveal may have happened Saturday, but we're still putting the finishing touches on our new Southern Belle & Son beverage trailer before she officially hits the road.

If all goes as planned, we're hoping our first stop will be right here in our hometown of Erwin, Tennessee, sometime during the last weekend of June. ❤️

We can't thank everyone enough for the support, encouragement, shares, comments, and excitement you've shown throughout this journey. Watching this dream come together has been incredible, and we can't wait to serve y'all from our beautiful new trailer very soon!

✨ SHE’S FINALLY HERE! ✨

After months of planning, dreaming, designing, and waiting… our brand-new Southern Belle & Son Beverage Trailer is officially wrapped and ready for her debut! Holden and I are absolutely thrilled with our vision coming to life!

We still have a few finishing touches before she’s out serving customers later this month, but we just couldn’t wait to give y’all a first look. 💛🍋

What started as a simple dream has grown into something bigger than we ever imagined, and we’re so grateful for everyone who has supported us along the way.

Well y'all... Alaska was absolutely beautiful, and I made memories with family that I'll treasure forever. ❤️

But after an amazing trip, there's no place like home.

I landed back in Tennessee yesterday, and today it's right back to work making Southern Belle & Son even sweeter! 🍋

One of the biggest things we've been working toward is finally happening... our beverage trailer is scheduled to be wrapped this week! We can't wait to share the transformation with you and bring our Southern Belle style to events all across East Tennessee and Southwest Virginia!

Thank you for following along on this journey. Alaska was incredible, but this next chapter for Southern Belle has me just as excited!

Now that I’m back in Tennessee, all eyes are on our new beverage trailer. It’s scheduled to be wrapped this week, and I cannot wait to show y’all the finished transformation! 🍋💕
