Quick, easy, and delicious meat-free meal just in time for Lent. Cook pasta until al dente. Add to large skillet, toss with 1/2 stick of butter, 1/2 cup pasta water, Pampered Chef Scampi seasoning, and Argentina Red Shrimp (already cooked from Aldi). Serve with crusty garlic bread. Make sure to get the Argentina Red Shrimp, it is sweet and tender.

The Double Burner Griddle is a must for breakfast. Notice how the pancakes in the back look like the pancakes in the front? Heat distribution makes for even cooking. And the non-stick pan means no oil and easy cleanup.

TIP: Make sure pancakes bubble before flipping.
