🥞🍫 Easy Blender Chocolate Pancakes
These fluffy chocolate pancakes come together in just minutes using a blender! Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a sweet treat, they're rich, chocolatey, and delicious with your favorite toppings.
📝 Ingredients
Pancake Batter
- 1½ cups (190 g) all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup (25 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1¼ cups (300 ml) milk
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Mix-In
- ¼ cup chocolate chips
For Serving
- Chocolate syrup
- Fresh strawberries
- Banana slices
- Whipped cream
- Maple syrup
- Extra chocolate chips
👩🍳 Instructions
Blend the Batter
1. Add the milk, eggs, oil, vanilla extract, sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt to a blender.
2. Blend for 30–45 seconds until the batter is smooth.
3. If using chocolate chips, gently stir them into the batter after blending.
4. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
Cook the Pancakes
1. Heat a lightly greased non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.
2. Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the hot pan for each pancake.
3. Cook for 2–3 minutes, until bubbles appear on the surface.
4. Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes, until fully cooked.
5. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serve
1. Stack the pancakes on a serving plate.
2. Drizzle with chocolate syrup or maple syrup.
3. Top with fresh strawberries, banana slices, whipped cream, or extra chocolate chips.
4. Serve warm and enjoy!
