There’s something so special about stepping outside of sweets and into full-on cuisine 🤍

This morning I had the honor of catering a beautiful bridal shower, and it was such a joy to create a menu that felt both elevated and personal. In the spirit of the Kentucky Derby, I put together a spread that was full of flavor and intention—featuring BLTs with a Kentucky bourbon aïoli, chicken salad with my special Greek basil olive oil. My signature pasta salad customized to be Gluten Free. A loaded charcuterie board, and of course… macaroons and specialty cookies to finish it all off.

I truly love baking, but moments like this remind me how much I enjoy crafting a full experience through food. Being part of such a meaningful celebration is something I don’t take lightly 🤍

Can we take a moment for cheesecake???

Here I have two cheesecakes, each with its own personality, yet tied together by a signature finish.

One is beautifully rustic, with a deeply caramelized, slightly burnt edge that brings a bold, rich depth of flavor—the kind that lingers and leans indulgent.

The other is soft, light, and delicate—almost cloud-like in texture, offering a more subtle, refined bite.

Both are finished with the same intentional touch: a pomegranate reduction layered with honey and raspberry, accented with fresh lemon and mint. It’s bright, balanced, and designed to gently pull forward the citrus notes woven into each cake—bringing contrast, freshness, and just the right amount of complexity.
