Black Angus steer , half and quarter available!! Will be ready July 31st to go in your freezer! $5.85 a carcass pound includes all fees. Half carcass is roughly 400-430 pounds. (Each steer varies) half can be cut the way you prefer and we have a cut sheet to show you how the quarter is cut!
