Oli Oli Pizza We are a mobile pop-up Wood Fire Pizza Oven trailer that specialize in hand crafted, authentic Italian Neapolitan style pizzas with a Hawaiian flare.

Our pizzas are thin, our crusts are fluffy and cooked to perfection with bubble-up charred spots.

It was Oli's big birthday early March. We started the day baking Swiss Sunday bread zopf. We turned our backyard into a BBQ paradise filled with laughter and the warmth of dear friends and family.

We also had the chance to indulge in some mouthwatering dishes from Oli's favorite Italian restaurant on the island, Sale e Pepe, which has reopened its doors after the Lahaina fires. It was so heartwarming to see the staff so enthusiastic and welcoming. The food was absolutely exceptional—each bite was a testament to their dedication and passion for culinary excellence.Their beautiful pizza oven and the ambiance was so inviting and sleek. Congratulations on the reopening! 🍕🍝✨
