Yes, we still cater. Our favorite is brunch (such as this layout for the Troy Strawberry Festival committee). Hashbrown Casserole, our famous Southern Grits, Cinnamon Rolls, handcut Chicken, diced Ham, Hollandaise sauce, and your usual cheese, tomato, and green onion for toppings. And by special request, we have our Buffalo Aioli and Red Eye Aioli (for our Southern minded customers).

Sssoooo, would you guys like to see these avaliable? We have our Sausage Gravy worked out, and our (toned down) version of Sawmill Gravy worked out. Would you be interested in some GF Buttermilk Drop Biscuits and some Gravy?
