Inspired by one of our all-time favorite dive bars (which had one of the best kitchens we've ever eaten at), here's our toast to the long-gone Whig, a legend in the Columbia, SC food scene. This is our version of bacon-topped smoked Gouda mac and cheese. And yes, it's 100% gluten-free (and available this week in our cases.).🧀🥓
