I watched a guy taste our Sweet Date Hot Sauce… and his reaction was NOT what I expected.

We were setting up the table at a vendor event when he asked for a sample.

At first taste, he froze.

Looked at the bottle.

Looked back at me and said,
“Wait… why is it sweet first and then hot?”

Then he asked for another sample.

And another.

That’s the moment I love most at events watching people realize hot sauce doesn’t have to taste like every other bottle on the shelf.

Sweet first.
Then the peppers wake up.

Hear me out.✋🏾

But bruschetta is better without olive oil.

The tomatoes are juicy.
The bread is toasted.
The garlic is already doing its thing.

What it really needs… is something that brings sweet + tangy + bold together in one bite.

Try glazing bruschetta with a glaze and it will change your whole experience.

But the real surprise was when you use CWs date-sweetened balsamic vinaigrette instead.

I didn’t retire from the Army to go ask someone for a job. That was the one thing I knew for sure.

After 20 years in uniform, I wanted to build something that was mine.

No clock. No rank.
Just discipline and flavor.

It started simple.
I just wanted to share my date balsamic vinaigrette.
That’s it.

I wasn’t trying to build a brand.
But people kept coming back for more.

Somewhere between farmers markets and long nights, it turned into something bigger an award-winning, upscale sauce company powered by date fruit.
