Hear me out.✋🏾
But bruschetta is better without olive oil.
The tomatoes are juicy.
The bread is toasted.
The garlic is already doing its thing.
What it really needs… is something that brings sweet + tangy + bold together in one bite.
Try glazing bruschetta with a glaze and it will change your whole experience.
But the real surprise was when you use CWs date-sweetened balsamic vinaigrette instead.
The sweetness from the date fruit hits first…
then the vinegar brightness wakes everything up.
Now every time we make bruschetta, someone asks:
“Did you bring the CW's Date Balsamic Vinaigrette?”
➡️Do you prefer your bruschetta with:
A) Olive oil
or
B) Balsamic glaze?
