Day 15 of the eggs in the incubator! All the ones I candled had an embryo in them. We have 14 days left and we should have some babies running around.

Yesterday some mistakes were made! I set some posts for our backyard fence I had poured dry concrete down the hole and wet it down what i thought was (good enough) I checked them this morning and they were still pretty loose. Ended up pulling them up and redoing them this time with wet concrete. Didn’t have a wheelbarrow so I improvised with an old pull behind spreader that is broken.It worked great and held 2 bags of wet concrete. Don’t do like I did and try to cut corners it’ll cost you time in the long run. From here on out I’ll be mixing the concrete for all my posts holes. It may add a few more steps but it’ll be right and won’t have to redo it

Started some Okra seed yesterday evening. Hopefully they’ll take and we’ll have some okra in the garden before long .
