Whew 😅 this cheesecake got me ready for thanksgiving! A 10in sweet potato cheesecake made with pie crust instead of graham cracker crust, and alternately layered cheesecake and sweet potato topped with homemade whipped cream and homemade candied pecans.

One of my loyal customers ask me to make her a birthday cheesecake. She wanted half strawberry crunch and half banana crunch. I added a little razzle dazzle with purple decor( her favorite color) Happy Birthday Jennifer!!

I do realized it is last minute, my children and I want to help a family that is in need this holiday season. We chose to do a Christmas raffle to help raise money to buy gifts and a meal for the chosen family. $2 will get you an entry into the drawing for a free Christmas dessert which will be a 9 inch cheesecake(Egg Nog, Simply Strawberry, or Key Lime) If you desire to just donate that is awesome too!
